Our response targets
We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two working days and provide a substantive response within ten working days. If more time is needed, we explain why and give an update date. These are service targets rather than guaranteed resolution times. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Further review
If you disagree with our response, ask for a further review and explain the points that remain unresolved. We will review the information and explain our position and any further route applicable to the specific agreement. This process does not prevent you from using a statutory complaints route or exercising your rights.
