Rearranging an appointment
Tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an office appointment or viewing. We will discuss another suitable time, subject to availability. A viewing request is confirmed only when we agree its time and location with you.
Tenancies and property transactions
Rent, permitted payments, deposits and any applicable protection arrangements are explained in the relevant property-specific written agreement. This website enquiry form does not take those payments. Contact us with your agreement reference if you need help with a payment, deposit, termination or refund question.
Existing rights and agreements
The relevant written agreement and applicable law govern termination, deposit handling, refunds and remedies. Nothing on this website replaces those terms or removes mandatory rights. Our complaints page explains how to raise an unresolved issue.
