Opening hours
Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:00. Saturday: 10:00–14:00. Sunday: closed. UK local time; closed on UK bank holidays. These are our contact and office appointment hours. Routine messages received outside these hours are reviewed on the next working day.

Enquiries and response times
Select the relevant service and include your name, contact details and a brief description. For an existing property, include its reference if available. We aim to respond within two working days; this is a service target rather than a guaranteed completion time.
Viewing appointments
Viewing requests are free. Send your preferred dates and any access requirements. We confirm availability, the viewing address and the appointment time before you travel. A request alone does not confirm a viewing or reserve a home. Tell us promptly if you need to rearrange or cancel.
Resident support and repairs
Tell us about your issue and when access is possible. We agree the next steps and the relevant appointment according to the issue and any existing agreement. Completion times depend on the nature of the work and are confirmed for the specific case. This enquiry form is not an emergency channel. For urgent problems use the emergency contact provided with your tenancy; for immediate danger contact the appropriate emergency service.
Property transactions
Sales, acquisitions and tenancy arrangements have their own written particulars, timescales and agreements. Rent, permitted payments and any applicable deposit arrangements are explained for the individual property before an agreement is made.
